Established in 2003, The Trivista Group is a team of communications and strategy experts who help clients across the globe define direction, create consensus, and upskill teams.

Our Leadership
As a C-Suite advisor and growth facilitator for over 22 years, Ella has held senior executive positions with US public companies and is an experienced speaker and entrepreneur. She co-founded Trivista in 2003, and serves on the Board of Directors for Ziva Voices, a non-profit media organization for women.
Ella has managed dozens of strategic transformations, including post-acquisition integrations, corporate rebrands, spin-offs, and strategic communications for public companies. Her clients have included Boeing, Kabbage, KLX Aerospace, VSE Corporation, and Cosette Pharmaceuticals. Her high-energy approach - alongside a marked ability to rapidly and analyze and appraise - results in powerful strategy and real-time results.
Ella was a full academic scholar at Wake Forest University School of Business (MBA), and is a competitive age-group triathlete.
As an expert in human behaviour and communications, with extensive training in social anthropology, coaching and psychotherapy, Tillie has designed and delivered consultancy and training programs for over 20 years in the UK and US. With a particular flair for stakeholder and audience engagement, Tillie helps companies of all sizes to improve operational effectiveness, transform culture and achieve their strategic aims.
Tillie’s clients include NHS England, The British Heart Foundation, Bell Partners, and Britain Thinks. Her warm but challenging style allows teams to feel both heard and supported while creating an environment for change and growth. She is a Senior Consultant for The Trivista Group, and owner, Tillie Harris Ltd UK.
Jeremy is a highly accredited executive and strategic consultant focusing on multi-national transformation projects, M&A projects, and integration optimization. Responsible for the successful completion of multiple global transformations and Business Service integration projects for companies from $500M to $50B in revenue, he focuses on identifying value-additive revenue opportunities, maximizing operating income and driving long-term, sustainable outcomes across all functions.
Jeremy has delivered profitable integration and transformation projects as both a senior leader and as a consultant for corporations that include Bell Partners, Ingram Micro, Platinum Equity, TE Connectivity, and KLX Aerospace (now Boeing), in sectors that include commercial and private aviation, the financial industry, commercial and residential real estate, IT, consumer electronics, heavy manufacturing and B2B professional services. Jeremy is a licensed Architect, an avid golfer, and has an MBA from Duke Fuqua School of Business.
